Short Bio

​

Being an organizational psychologist Christina sees herself as an enabler and high-impact coach for individuals and organizations.

With her own share and track record of Management & Leadership experience in a global role for a Fortune 100 company she now serves as a modern, resourceful, pragmatic sounding partner and coach. 


Christina stands for impact by asking  better and bigger questions about the future, personal "stories", organizational systems and leadership that go beyond old-school command and control pyramids. With her agile mindset she keeps leading several agile transformation and New Work programs, too and is a subject matter expert in the area.

 
In her work Christina integrates insights from neuroscience, cognitive science and behavioral psychology.
With her reformer gene and by applying agile methods she translates between old DNA and innovative minds building bridges between multiple stakeholders inside and outside organizations.


Personally: Future-oriented, open and open-hearted, collaborative and pragmatic. Highly interested in neuroscience. Sporty Spice, bluewater sailor, Mum of two.
